At Harika Soap, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your soap purchase, we have got you covered with our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the soap must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please retain your purchase receipt or proof of purchase as it will be required for the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective soap, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product. We will gladly exchange it for the same soap or offer a suitable alternative.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
